Monthly General Meeting

This is the club’s primary monthly gathering where all members come together to stay informed and contribute to ongoing discussions. During this session, the executive team will present updates on recent activities, progress on key initiatives, and any challenges currently being addressed.

Members will also have the opportunity to raise concerns, suggest ideas, and participate in decision-making where necessary. If you have any proposals or topics you would like the group to consider, it is advisable to prepare them ahead of time.

Attendance is strongly encouraged, as important announcements regarding upcoming programs and member responsibilities will be shared.
